There is no fee charged for a guest visiting for the first time. Please present yourself as a guest at the registration table and we will gladly introduce you to the club.
Walk-in Guests – $15.00
Guests are charged a lunch fee of $15 for each visit after their first visit.

The Ronald McDonald House provides the comforts of home for families who are in Austin with a hospitalized child. These families can have a private bedroom and bathroom, home cooked meals, shared kitchen, fitness and laundry facilities, and a play area. Families draw hope and strength from late night conversations over a hot cup of coffee, sharing with other residents their experiences that may be difficult for family and friends back home to fully understand.

Speakers Bio: After a career spanning more than 40 years at some of the most notable companies in the world and recognition that includes "Bob Shaver Day" in Frisco, Texas, Bob and his high school sweetheart, Lynn Pastor-Shaver, settled in Austin. Bob is eager to use his skills, experience and enthusiasm for his new community. Bob is also a long time member of Rotary International and is proudest of his marriage, children and those who he has mentored to success.

Featured Lunch Menu: BBQ Short Ribs, Green Beans and Steak Fries; mixed field green salad with assorted rolls and a featured daily dessert. Vegetarian meal or Grilled Chicken Caesar salad are available alternatives as well.

Please register by noon on Wednesday.

We order meals based on your reservations and must pay for them even if you do not show up. Please keep this in mind if your plans shift and cancel your reservation so we can adjust the headcount.
