  • There is no fee charged for a guest visiting for the first time. Please present yourself as a guest at the registration table and we will gladly introduce you to the club.
  • Guests are charged a lunch fee of $15 for each visit after their first visit.

Tiffany HarelikSpeakers Bio: Serving up the American dream one plate at a time,Tiffany Harelik is a travel and food writer with a focus on iconic street food culture. 
She is the founding organizer of the Gypsy Picnic trailer food festival on the shore of LadyBird Lake, and Trailer Food Tuesdays on the porch at the Long Center. An avid cook and entertainer, Tiffany is rumored to make the best fried chicken south of the Mason-Dixon. Tiffany put on her apron last fall to add jams and sauces to the Trailer Food Diaries collection. This spring, she takes her Trailer Food Diaries series to Oregon to chronicle the stories and recipes of Portland’s finest food cart chefs. 
Tiffany has been a featured speaker at the Texas Women's Conference and the Metropolitan Breakfast Club, and several interviews about her foodie entrepreneurial adventures have been featured in multiple TV and radio media outlets. We order meals based on your reservations and must pay for them even if you do not show up. Please keep this in mind if your plans shift and cancel your reservation so we can adjust the headcount.
