Austin Founder Lions will gather at Lions Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse for the annual Holiday Party, which will be catered by Smokey Mo’s. Enjoy a delicious smoked turkey lunch with cornbread dressing, sweet potato casserole and green bean casserole, plus yummy dessert bites. Blue Santa will join us – you’re never too old for a Christmas pix with Santa! Two Blue Santa board members will attend to collect the toys and books we contribute – so bring your unwrapped, new gifts for children from infants to age 14. Bring a guest to enjoy our festive event with musical entertainment, and warm fellowship.
Cost for the party is $25 per person.

Please register before 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 9.
Blue Santa Gift Requirements:
Books must be new or like new with no writing in them. Books are needed for infants through age 14. Walmart has inexpensive classic books for children ages 7 to 14, and Little Golden books and Bluey books are good for infants and young children. Taylor Swift books are popular with teen girls. Magazines, textbooks, adult books and books in poor condition are not accepted.
Toys are needed for infants through children age 14. Balls, arts and crafts kits, art supplies, crayons and colored pencils and coloring books, dolls, trucks, puzzles and games are some ideas to get you thinking.
Note: Food items, clothing, toiletries, realistic looking toy guns, baseball cards, bikes or skateboards are NOT accepted. Toys should NOT have a date on them. Gift cards are NOT accepted.
