About our speaker:
Westley Swihart, a 34-year-old native Texan from West Texas, spent his 20s exploring his identity and passion, eventually discovering a deep commitment to dementia and memory care. Over the past decade, Westley has dedicated himself to the healthcare field, serving in various roles including advocate, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Concierge, Caregiver, Patient Care Coordinator, and Marketing Director. Currently, he is the Executive Director of The Auberge at Onion Creek. Westley embarked on this journey as a way to help others and to honor his mother, who passed away as a caregiver. He takes great pleasure in sharing his extensive experience and knowledge about brain health, dementia, and care, continually striving to improve the lives of those affected by these conditions.
