Guests are charged a lunch fee of $15 for each visit after their first visit.

Speakers Bio: Joe has been utilizing rainwater for potable household use since 2001. His initial experience with the local conventional wisdom “experts” made him realize the lack of knowledge and understanding for the critical concepts of rainwater harvesting. This led Joe to international travels to learn from world class experts in rainwater harvesting. Joe then became involved in ARCSA in order to promote better practices, designs and expertise in the rainwater collection industry.

Joe’s qualifications include: ARCSA Accredited Professional Texas Rainwater Catchment Association, Treasurer American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association, Secretary BBA University of Texas, Austin MPA University of Texas, Austin CPA licensed in Texas, 30+ years of private practice Real Estate Salesman licensed in Texas Certified Financial Planner Designee.

Featured Lunch Menu: Pecan crusted Chicken with maple glazed corn and mashed potatoes; mixed field green salad with assorted rolls and a featured daily dessert. Vegetarian meal or Grilled Chicken Caesar salad are available alternatives as well.

Please register by noon on Wednesday.

We order meals based on your reservations and must pay for them even if you do not show up. Please keep this in mind if your plans shift and cancel your reservation so we can adjust the headcount.
