Ann Finch will be speaking on the Kairos Torch program and their work at Giddings State School, which is a prison for young men between the ages of 12 and 18. Many of these “children” come to Giddings with 35-40 year sentences. Giddings is known as the “last chance in Texas”.
As a part of the Kairos Torch program, she is currently mentoring a young man who has been in prison since he was 13 years old. He just turned 18.
