AGE of Central Texas’ Rob Faubion will share the results of their recent 4-county wide survey that was conducted to better understand the general public’s perceptions about aging, preparations people have in place, and the experiences of caregivers. Mr. Faubion will also share information on Central Texas resources, education, and programs for both older adults and family caregivers.

About our Speaker:
Rob Faubion is the Director of Marketing and Communications for AGE of Central Texas, and has been assisting numerous Central Texas non-profit organizations for more than 30 years by helping shape their strategic plans, marketing and outreach efforts, client services, and media relations. He has been an active presence with many regional organizations, including The Wright House Wellness Center, Project Transitions, Big Brothers Big Sisters, ZACH Theatre, the American Heart Association, OutYouth, Capital City Men’s Chorus, The Long Center, Texas Performing Arts, AIDS Services of Austin, YWCA-Austin, and many more. He has 30+ years of experience in non-profit management and marketing, and is an award-winning journalist and advertising professional. He sits on the Board of Directors for the LifePark Center Taylor, and serves on the Aging Advisory Council of the Capital Area Council of Governments. Rob is also a professional entertainer, who has sung and danced on Broadway, been seen in dozens of feature films and television shows, and emcees some of Austin’s biggest annual fundraising events.:
