Your fellow Lions, a diverse and extremely talented group of jungle creatures, are all coming out of the woods to strut their stuff this week … the better to entertain you!
Don’t miss this early November opportunity to spy a few turkeys! Did we SAY That? NEVER! Because we happen to have inside information and know the talent on display is going to be stellar: Our own Rudy Munguia has been persuaded to don his accordion and sing several songs, not to mention our darling Peggy Brunner, who will regale us with a fun reading about aging. NOT that anyone in our club can identify with THAT. But we’ll try.
Peggy’s brother, comedy crooner Russell Gregory, will sing two hilarious songs and the Lions’ Acapella Choir is rumored to be making a rare, much-anticipated appearance.
These are just the performances we know about. Others may surface after press time in a secretive manner, of which only the director and producer have knowledge aforehand. Extremely shady. But that’s entertainment.
So hold onto your dining utensils and get ready for any and all comers at our star-studded Variety Show. This is a meeting you will not want to miss.
