MID-WINTER CONFERENCE REGISTRATION January 14-15, 2011

Friday Evening, January 14th 5:30 pm start time.

We will start our festivities at 5:30 p.m. at the Eye Bank next to Manor Lions Hall. The Eye Bank is providing appetizers and letting people see the Eye Bank. The cabinet meetings will start at 6:30 p.m. and last just a few minutes, with a steak dinner shortly after - a time to visit friends from both districts.

As you can see, we have a full schedule for Saturday, but we need some help from the clubs.

We would like to have a nice silent auction item from each club. It can be a basket of items with a theme, or a single item that you would want to bid on.

Pat Villenueve will be in charge of the silent auction
and will have others helping her, so bring it in and she will
take care of the bidding sheets for all items.

We also need Tailtwisters for the contest. They must be registered before the convention, so that we can have their names on the ballots. Each contestant will have no more than 5 minutes to present their tailtwisting. Keep it short, keep it lively, and keep it fun. We will have the ballots and criteria for judging ready for you at the conference.
