TLC Work Day Needs Your Help!!! 

Just two more weeks and our Saturday, March 28, TLC Work Day is here!!! 

We are still looking for more Lions to sign up and help get the camp ready for the youth this summer. 

We welcome family and friends as well. 

This year our assigned project is to paint Bunkhouse #7. 

Shown below is some general information about the Work Day that may be helpful. 

As a bonus to our working volunteers, each is invited to enjoy a meal at 
Mamacita's Restaurant & Cantina in Kerrville 
at 6:30 on Friday evening, March 27. 

The meal is compliments of Lion Tommy Cowan. 
Our sincere thanks to Lion Tommy for his encouraging support. 

The restaurant is located at 215 Junction Hwy, Kerrville, TX 78028. Their telephone number is 830-895-2441. 

Basic Work Day Schedule for Saturday, March 28: 
Texas Lions Camp, Kerrville, TX, (830) 896-8500, tlc@lionscamp.com 
7:15 a.m. - Free Breakfast/announcements 
8:30 a.m. - 12:00 -- Work on assigned project (Paint Bunkhouse #7) 
12:00 - 12:45 -- Free Lunch 
1:00 - 2:30 -- Complete assigned project 
2:30 - 3:00 -- Clean-up and return to Austin 

TLC Rules: 1. Meals are prepared depending on the number turned in. 

Please keep Lion Rudy (rmunguia24@gmail.com) advised of additions/cancellations so TLC can keep an accurate meal count. 

2. For those staying at the camp on Friday evening, there is no cost. 
Women stay in Bunkhouse #4 and men stay in Bunkhouses #5 & #6. 
Bring your own bedding (sleeping bag, blankets, etc) and bath linens. 

3. Reservations at local hotels are at your own expense. 

4. The TLC grounds are alcohol free. 

What to bring: -- Wear comfortable work clothes -- 

The camp will provide the paint, but we will also need to bring any or all of the following: 
paint brushes, ladders, drop cloths, rollers.
