While age-related cognitive decline might seem inevitable, it doesn't have to be  The formula for supporting our brain and our memory is simple.  Come, learn and share how good nutrition and healthy habits can support our memory throughout out lifespan. 

About our Speaker:

Jean Romeu graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. She relocated to Texas to pursue further studies, gaining a Master's degree in Nutrition from the University of the Incarnate Word. She has worked in several areas in the field of nutrition, including diabetes and hypertension research and as a nutrition educator for the Women, Infants and Children program. She most recently worked with a community of people living with HIV/AIDS, overseeing the Medical Nutrition Therapy program and the Food Bank program. She is passionate about providing high quality support to those seeking optimal health and wellness.



Lunch is available for $15.00 Please register so we know how much to order. 

  • Assorted sandwiches: Turkey & Gruyere; Turkey & Provolone; Roast Beef and Swiss; Smoked Ham & Swiss; Curried Chicken Salad. Tuna Salad
  • Chef Salad with ham & turkey; Greek Salad (vegetarian)

All sandwiches come with lettuce and tomato. Mustard and mayo on the side.



Please register by 5 p.m. on Tuesday

We order meals based on your reservations and must pay for them even if you do not show up.
