District Governor John Lyon has been an active Lion since 2000. He has served as Club Secretary, Vice President and President. John has served the district as Youth Exchange Chair, Mobile Health Screening Chair, Zone Chair, and Mid Winter Chair . John is a Melvin Jones Fellow and a 20/20 Visionary for the Lone Star Lions Eye Bank. John has also served Texas Lions Camp as Public Relations Committee Secretary , and as Council of Governor's Representative for the Executive Board.
John has been married for 34 years to Patti, has 2 kids and has been a pharmacist for 32 years.
